Tom,
Thanks for the info on NONMEM's search methods. Base on this one example it looks
like one should not be too concerned about initial estimates for the usual
THETA/OMEGA/SIGMA search. It's a pity the ETA search is not so robust. Can you
confirm that the ETA search method used during MAXEVAL=0 is the same as that used by
METHOD=COND at each iteration?
