I have not tried it either, but, I think this would not reset the amounts in
these compartments. I believe it would retain the value when turned off until
turned back on.

Other-Type Event:
A positive value of CMT specifies a compartment to be turned on.
A negative value of CMT specifies a compartment to be turned off.
So my guess is that
EVID CMT
2 -3
2 3
Should reset this particular compartment 3 (although I never tried it)
