Although this approach MIGHT be appropriate from a PHYSIOLOGIC perspective, I truly doubt that it is helpful from a CLINICAL perspective. If we report that CL varies as a function of weight^0.75, what clinician will be able to use this information to guide dosing? So, I prefer to define models in terms that can be useful in the clinical setting.
