Also, since the logit model transforms the (0,1) probability domain to the real number domain (-inf, inf) the values of theta3 through theta7, could be positive or negative depending on whether the baseline proportions are < or > p=0.5. Thus, I'm not sure why you want to use an exp(eta) on the baseline response. Ken
