My preference is to bootstrap rather than do lots of LLPs. The bootstrap gives you
confidence intervals without the chi-square null hypothesis assumption (known to be
commonly wrong) required to interpret LLPs.
The bootstrap will of course let you compute confidence intervals for all your
parameters (and secondary parameters derived from the primary parameters).
