As I am faced with this situation at Sanofi, I was wondering if you could take the time and let me and the user community know what experience you have had in using population PK to identify possible drug-drug interactions and describe the limiting situations you may have experienced. Are there any circumstances under which you would advocate the use of population PK to test hypothesized interactions or would you resort to more traditional designs Under what circumstances did you for example encounter either false positive or negative results thanks in advance for your help in this matter, Gary Maier Sanofi
