When I tried to run the code for a single dose I got an error message and
since the code referenced Icon, I thought that I would ask you before
sending it to NMusers.
The control and data are attached. The error message was that the
characters in error were:
Pack
$268 SUBROUTINES EEROR WHILE OPENING OR COPYING USED SUPPLIED SUBROUTINE
SDSPLINE_DAT.csv
Description:
MS-Excel spreadsheet
TEST.ctl
Description:
Binary data
Regarding Andre Jackson's query about using the Spline example in the NONMEM
repository, the reason for the error message is that the appropriate OTHER
routines, such as pack.f and single.f, that are referenced in the control
stream file, need to be available. When using an example, it is good idea to
copy all of the pertinent files from that directory.
But this leads to another matter, that these OTHER files that some examples use
are coded in Fortran 77. These would need to be re-coded into F90 files in
order to be used in NONMEM 7. I will soon be putting out another message to
nmusers about a utility that will do that.
