Hi,
My PK model has 42 theta and 35 omega exceeding the default limits.
When I used $SIZE to change these size in my control file, I still get the error msg from nmtran.exe "MAY NOT USE -prdefault: LVR IN SIZES.f90 WOULD NEED TO BE INCREASED TO 35"
Is there way to get around this problem? Somehow, the $SIZE statement in the control stream was ignored.

Hi Sam,
If you are running NM 7.3, run the control stream using the option -tprdefault instead of -prdefault.
This will make sure that NONMEM recompiles the appropriate files.

Hi,
Sam is using WFN.
WFN adds -prdefault by default to the command line. This speeds up typical use of NONMEM by avoiding recompilation. The default behaviour is changed by unsetting the environment variable args7:
set args7=
This will then allow WFN users to use $SIZES.
