a potential bug

From: NONMEM Date: April 02, 2013 technical
Hello NONMEM Users, A SAEM code runwell until I tried to replace a block omega matrix with a diagonal omega matrix. The the code crashed with the following message: [Window Title] nonmem.exe [Main Instruction] nonmem.exe has stopped working [Content] A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program. [Close the program] Another similar code where I made similar changes works well. I tried to change iniial values for the diagonal omega, but it did not work. Is it possible we have a bug? Thanks, Pavel >

Dear Robert, The code already has CONSTRAIN=0 in the $EST step. CONSTRAIN=0 fixed crashes in most jobs. Some jobs still terminate. In one code it terminates immideately. In another core it terminates after the firt iteration. It looks less likely that $SIZES is causing this issue now. Thanks, Pavel
