Hi Mark I see it quite often. One idea is to clean the data: outliers can cause it. Another is to increase precision of computations (TOL, SIGL=15). You can do it using MSF (not to re-run everything). I remember there was an advice to use MCETA but I have not tried it. To get at least some values you can use FNLETA=0; then Nonmem will use estimation step etas to compute individual predictions.
