Error in table step
Dear colleagues:
I have a very large model (lots of ODEs, lots of data, long duration), running
parallel across several machines, using SAEM. Runs reasonably well. But,
fails the $TABLE with this error:

MESSAGE ISSUED FROM TABLE STEP
All the THETA values of 0.00 are fixed to that value. All the other values are
very reasonable.
So, I don't get any tables, can't to a VPC etc. I've tried running FOCE, no
better. Tried error checking that F is always positive, tried EXIT if F is
very small, I have the NOABORT option set (but I don't think that is relevant
in the $TABLE step).
I assume it is crashing calculating the conditional ETAs (don't know why it
does OK in estimation). PRDERR only has the small number of error from the
estimation
Anyone seen this error, any suggestions on how to get rid of it (other than
removeing subject 51)?

Jolla, CA)

health for everyone, everywhere. Each position at Pfizer touches and
contributes to the success of our business and our world. That’s why, as one of
the global leaders in the biopharmaceutical industry, Pfizer is committed to

the world a healthier place.
Job Summary
A PK-PD Principal Scientist position is available in the Translational Modeling
and Simulation group within Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics and Metabolism (PDM) New
Biologic Entities (NBE). The successful applicant will apply state-of-the-art
modeling and simulation methods to preclinical studies that enable key drug
discovery decisions from early discovery stages to the first-in-human study. As
a member of multidisciplinary project teams, the candidate will develop and
implement quantitative mechanism-based PK-PD models which impact the quality of
decisions regarding target prioritization, therapeutic modality selection,
biomarker characterization, chemical, biotherapeutic optimization and early
clinical trial design. The individual will have an opportunity to support a
wide range of projects, largely, but not exclusively, in the Oncology
therapeutic area, covering small molecules and biotherapeutic modalities.
Education & Training
This individual should hold a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in systems biology,
pharmacometrics, pharmaceutical sciences, (bio)engineering, mathematics or
similar disciplines where modeling and simulation is emphasized, and 2+ years
of industrial experience in practical applications of modeling and simulation,
including direct discovery project support.
