We are having issues with the way the dataset was constructed and the current input dataset may be wrong in some instances due to the ADDL value being incorrect (e.g. more doses than actually took place). We tried implementing the solution provided on the ICON website, but have not been able to get it to run. http://www.globomaxnm.com/nonmem_tip4.htm Does anyone have other tips or experience with the method describe by ICON? Thanks, Noelia Nebot GSK
