" It seems we have come almost full circle back to an original component of the thread. Which included discussion about how to display dosing recommendations to prescribers. It seems, that oversimplifying the dosing regimen to meet perceived limitations of the clinical staff may not always be in the patient's best interests. So perhaps (to misquote Einstein) - "the dosing regimen should be as simple as possible but not simpler..."
