RE: Modeling a concentration curve with secondary peaks?
Hello Hou
One approach to fit these data is to use two absorption sites. You can
give the dose in two compartments (in dataset), use F1, F2 with LAG time
for second absorption site (in control stream) to fit the data. It is
easy to write this model using differential equations in ADVAN6.

Subject: [NMusers] Modeling a concentration curve with secondary peaks?
I need help for modeling a concentration curve with secondary peaks.
What models could I use? I tried two compartment models, but it couldn't
capture the secondary peaks. Suggestions or recommendations are highly
appreciated.
Thanks.
