Notice your DOSE and AMT are not equal. Having both in the data file but not using DOSE in your control steam is inconsequential, because NM will use AMT for input amount. But make sure the number under AMT is the true amount you want NM to use. If you list TIME like this, there should be no difference for people who had observations only on the 10th day and people who had observations prior to that. If you want to use II item (so the dosing record would be simplified, and you have enough confidence that the subject is in steady state), use it in conjunction with SS data item. There are many reasons a code could fail to run. It is always easier if you attach data file and control file with your question. Best regards, Liping _______________________________________________________
