Multiple dosing

Since there are 9 prior doses to the observations made before the 10th dose, how do I set up multiple dosing file? Also the population has some subjects that have observations made on them when the drug has not reached steady state, how do I take this into account. I tried the AMT and II data items but, I can't get it running. Can anybody please help me setting up the data file? Thanking You Kumar
