However in the NONMEM OMEGA statement below they will not be explicitly correlated. Without specifically doing simulations to check this - I would guess that the implicit correlation would hold (to some extent) - even when you fix the explicit covariance to zero in the OMEGA block. I would be interested to know this too, can someone advise me on this? Steve
