If so, I would agree that OFV is not a suitable method of comparison. If I took the trouble of doing things more than one way, I would look for consistency in PD parameter estimates between methods. If I wouldn't get that, I would be worried and look into it more closely. I would assume that there is a explanation, probably rather case specific.
