Thanks Bill. There are two files, readme.txt which gives an overview of the method and how it was validated by simulation, and contodd.zip which contains control streams and data for the example as well as other material showing how the validation was done. Please send comments on how to improve the readme.txt file to make it clearer and more helpful to me.
