Question 2 about prediction and covariates

What's this combination? Is it related to mean or median covariate values? Or no answer at all? (Certainly "reduce" is not the right word and I did not mean to reduce a covariate model to a structural model - which does not make sense, but meant predictions, see question 2 "Or in this way: ...").
