Hi Bob, There seems to be a single quotation mark ' missing at the end of line 336 in "SETUP75std". I was wondering if there will be Apple silicon native support any time soon? You mentioned in the readme file that NONMEM now only works on GCC10 or smaller on Macs. But I also realized that GCC@10 does not have a ARM binary build e.g. on brew or github. Hence it works non-natively through Rosetta translation on Apple silicon Macs. Many thanks! Warm regards, Tingjie

Tingjie: We have corrected the quotation mark error, thank you for pointing it out. Indrajit, our expert on Mac systems, has checked around several sites for a gfortran ARM build of version 10. He has informed me of the following, perhaps it will help: This https://developer.arm.com/tools-and-software/open-source-software/developer-tools/gnu-toolchain/gnu-rm/downloads website appears to have gcc compilers with ARM support. However, this is not among our two most tried and tested websites, which are https://github.com/fxcoudert/gfortran-for-macOS/releases and http://hpc.sourceforge.net/ . If installed using Homebrew, users need to find the exact version number from the aforementioned page. Then, go to Homebrew and submit "brew install [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>" . "brew install gcc-arm-none-eabi-10.3" might work as well, although, I'm not 100% sure. Right at this moment, "brew install gcc@10" might install 10.3 as well https://formulae.brew.sh/formula/gcc Robert J. Bauer, Ph.D. Senior Director Pharmacometrics R&D ICON Early Phase 820 W.
