I am a new user of NONMEM. Now I want to use "POSTHOC" to obtain individual pharmacokinetic parameters for each patient, but I don't know how to make use of it. Is the record "$ERROR" the same as others without "POSTHOC"? Would you like to describe the process for me in details? Thank you very much for you great help. Dear hzding,
The POSTHOC step is implemented by simply adding this option to the $ESTIMATION record in your control stream when using METHOD=0 (the default estimation method). The $ERROR record remains the same.
