From: hzding <hzding@21cn.com> Subject: Syntax for POSTHOC option Date: Fri, 23 Mar 2001 10:31:6 +0800 Dear Sir/Madam, I am a new user of NONMEM. Now I want to use "POSTHOC" to obtain individual pharmacokinetic parameters for each patient, but I don't know how to make use of it. Is the record "$ERROR" the same as others without "POSTHOC"? Would you like to describe the process for me in details? Thank you very much for you great help. I'm looking forward to get your early reply. Best wishes Sincerely yours hzding 03/23,2000 hzding@21cn.com

The $ERROR record remains the same. For more information, please refer to the manuals, particularly: Guide VIII - pages 65-68 Guide VII - Conditional Estimation Methods Guide V - pages 138-139 Guide IV - pages 35-37 nmconsult@globomax.com GloboMax LLC 7250 Parkway Drive, Suite 430 Hanover, MD 21076 Telephone: (410) 782-2205 FAX: (410) 712-0737
