Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a new user of NONMEM. Now I want to use "POSTHOC" to obtain individual pharmacokinetic parameters for each patient, but I don't know how to make use of it. Is the record "$ERROR" the same as others without "POSTHOC"? Would you like to describe the process for me in details? Thank you very much for you great help.
