Suppress output to *.phi for $EST

From: Dieter Menne Date: December 21, 2010 technical
Dear Nmusers, I use a short run of SAEM to obtain a first approximation of BAYES. $EST METHOD=SAEM .... $EST METHOD=BAYES .... This outputs two tables to the .phi-file; I am not interested in the SAEM part, and parsing it by Xpose or read.table is not possible without an additional preprocessing. Is it possible to suppress ALL output from the SAEM run, or at least redirect it to some other file? Dieter

Dieter: It is not possible to redirect or suppress output sent to the *.phi file. The FILE= option only redirects estimated parameter outputs. Robert J.
