An introduction to probabilistic decisions support in drug development, 5th
of November
This workshop aims to introduce how Model Informed Drug Development (MIDD)
principles can be applied to facilitate probability-based decision making
in drug development. For example, “what is the probability that this drug
candidate will meet the defined target product characteristics” or “what is
the probability that a particular study design for asset X will be able to
demonstrate superiority vs a comparator”.
PBPK-PD/QSP modeling with the OSPSuite (PK-Sim®, MoBi®), 8th-9th of
November.
This workshop will feature PBPK and PD/QSP modeling with the Open Systems
Pharmacology (OSP) suite, also known as PK-Sim® and MoBi®. The focus will
be on how to leverage the open source platforms PK-Sim® and MoBi® to
utilize the standardized, and well established, whole body PBPK model
provided in PK-Sim®, and combine it with the open modeling possibilities in
MoBi® to finally create WB-PBPK-PD/QSP models.
