Pharmetheus workshops at ACoP 2023

Dear all, Are you attending ACoP this year? We will be hosting two workshops right before and after the conference, and would love to have you joining. An introduction to probabilistic decisions support in drug development, 5th of November This workshop aims to introduce how Model Informed Drug Development (MIDD) principles can be applied to facilitate probability-based decision making in drug development. For example, “what is the probability that this drug candidate will meet the defined target product characteristics” or “what is the probability that a particular study design for asset X will be able to demonstrate superiority vs a comparator”. PBPK-PD/QSP modeling with the OSPSuite (PK-Sim®, MoBi®), 8th-9th of November. This workshop will feature PBPK and PD/QSP modeling with the Open Systems Pharmacology (OSP) suite, also known as PK-Sim® and MoBi®. The focus will be on how to leverage the open source platforms PK-Sim® and MoBi® to utilize the standardized, and well established, whole body PBPK model provided in PK-Sim®, and combine it with the open modeling possibilities in MoBi® to finally create WB-PBPK-PD/QSP models.
