Dear NM users,
I'd like to use the new nonparametric feature on NONMEM VI. If the help guides
are quite clear about the implementation, I don't really understand how the
estimates are computed : which objective function is it? Why jointly
cumulatives function could not be obtained, in addition to marginals? Is anyone
knows references which give more detailed informations about this option?
