We are interested in describing a concentration-response relationship for an anti-depressant drug using phase III data. Any comments? Thanks Mark

Luc Balant would be a right person to ask the question. I can also fax you a couple pages of references from the paper "Use of dose/concentration response data in psychotropic drug development". This was a presentation at the 1997 COST B1 meeting "Clinical pharmacology in psychiatry: finding the right dose of psychotropic drugs". Luc Balant was one of the editors. Katya
