From: "Gibiansky, Ekaterina" <gibianskye@globomax.com> Subject: RE: NONMEM conc-reponse analysis for depression Date: Fri, 5 Oct 2001 14:13:56 -0400 Mark, after trying to find an answer to the same question for antipsychotics, and after an unsuccessful PopPK/PD (I found no PK/PD or Dose-response relationship, though there was a difference from placebo) for an antipsychotic drug, I am not too optimistic. Luc Balant would be a right person to ask the question. I can also fax you a couple pages of references from the paper "Use of dose/concentration response data in psychotropic drug development". This was a presentation at the 1997 COST B1 meeting "Clinical pharmacology in psychiatry: finding the right dose of psychotropic drugs". Luc Balant was one of the editors. Katya
