Dear NONMEM Users: 1) NONMEM 7.3 has been available since December 2013, and many of you have been using the latest features that it has to offer. Minor bugs have been reported, for which there are work-arounds. These are published at the following location: ftp://nonmem.iconplc.com/Public/nonmem730/nm730_bug_list.pdf Bugs pertaining to $LEVEL, $THETAR, $SIM BOOTSRAP, and $ETAS/PHIS are described, and work-arounds are provided. 2) Please find updated utility programs at ftp://nonmem.iconplc.com/Public/utilities and read readme_utilities.pdf<ftp://nonmem.iconplc.com/Public/utilities/readme_utilities.pdf> An improved version of finedata allowing one to incorporate extra doses to a data file, and a utility called doexpand allowing one to easily incorporate repetitive indexed code using meta commands are particularly useful for modeling delayed differential equations. 3) Some typographical errors, and some extra information on the use of the t-distribution for importance sampling ($EST DF option) have been incorporated in an updated version of nm730.pdf, located at ftp://nonmem.iconplc.com/Public/nonmem730/Latest_User_Documents/guides/ Also, guide I.pdf was improperly constructed, and has been now corrected.
