Helpful Examples in ICON/NONMEM repository

From: Robert Bauer Date: May 25, 2016 technical
Dear nmusers: There are several example problems that have been recently posted at https://nonmem.iconplc.com/nonmem/ that may be helpful to you. Please read the readme documents to these folders. Bivariate These examples are from working with Matt Hutmacher, and describe how one can model multi-level category problems and incorporate correlations between adjacent data points in a systematic manner using the normal bivariate normal cumulative distribution function. hmm These examples are from working with Elodie Plan, demonstrating how to build hidden Markov models in NONMEM, for Laplace, IMP, and SAEM. In addition, various utilities for processing NONMEM input and output files are available at https://nonmem.iconplc.com/utilities/ Please read readme_utilities.pdf for information on these utilities. Of particular note, the file scm.zip in the utilities folder contains the utility objmap than can be used to organize results of a series of stepwise covariate model (scm) building problems, map out various relationships and catalogue their p-values. Please read objmap.pdf in scm.zip. Also, objmap can be used as a companion to PsN's scm program, and an example is given in the subfolder scm, within folder objmap. Robert J.
