Rate is zero for an extravascular dose (like an oral dose), rate is >0 for
infusions.

Subject: [NMusers] Coding RATE or II at SS
Dear nmusers,
I met a problem when I was coding my data. Only one observation is available
at steady state for an orally administrated drug. The drug was given in a
constant dose weekly (but it is different from dose to dose within each
day). I thought it is easy to code the constant dose. I assumed that II=168
hr(24x7). An example is given below:
TIME AMT RATE DV CMT MDV SS II EVID
12 13.5 . 0 1 1 1 168 1
12.01 0 .. 16.2 2 0 0 0 0
Does RATE item takes any value>1 ??
Can anyone help me? other codes are welcome
Regards
Kalilo
