Only one observation is available at steady state for an orally administrated drug. The drug was given in a constant dose weekly (but it is different from dose to dose within each day). I thought it is easy to code the constant dose. I assumed that II=168 hr(24x7). An example is given below: TIME AMT RATE DV CMT MDV SS II EVID 12 13.5 . 0 1 1 1 168 1 12.01 0 .. 16.2 2 0 0 0 0 Does RATE item takes any value>1 ?? Can anyone help me? other codes are welcome Regards Kalilo between 0000-00-00 and 9999-99-99 _____ No viruses found in this incoming message Scanned by iolo AntiVirus 1.5.3.5 http://www.iolo.com http://www.iolo.com/iav/iavpop3 _______________________________________ No viruses found in this outgoing message Scanned by iolo AntiVirus 1.5.3.5 http://www.iolo.com
