Dear NMuser,
I have a question about allometric scaling. Can allometric scaling be
used to a renal elimination drug?
Thanks.

Chao,
The answer to your simple question is "yes".
This paper describes the use of allometric scaling for GFR -- the prototype for all renal elimination processes.
Rhodin MM, Anderson BJ, Peters AM, Coulthard MG, Wilkins B, Cole M, et al. Human renal function maturation: a quantitative description using weight and postmenstrual age. Pediatr Nephrol. 2009;24(1):67-76.
Best wishes,
Nick
