Group:
I am trying to run a POPPK analysis on sublingual data for pediatric patients.
NONMEM is very new for me. I am debating whether it is appropriate to use ADVAN
1 or ADVAN2 for subligual administration. Neither fit the concept perfectly.
Should the CTL streams be modified in any way?
Thanks in advance.

Just consider the sublingual admin to be an extravascular dose. ADVAN2
has a depot for extravascular dosing.
