PAGE 2026 Workshop: PBPK modeling for complex drug-drug-gene interactions (free, hands-on, 30 seats)
Dear colleagues,
Three drugs, two polymorphic enzymes, one patient, no guideline. What dose do
you give?
We are offering a free, full-day hands-on workshop at PAGE 2026 in Thessaloniki
on managing complex drug-drug-gene interactions (DDGI) with PBPK modeling in
PK-Sim®.
Date: Tuesday, June 2nd 2026, 09:30 to 16:30
Venue: Valamar President Hotel, Meeting Room Olipa 1
You will build and simulate DDGI scenarios, derive model-based dose
recommendations for real patient cases, and see how PBPK models translate into
a clinical decision support system (DSS).
You take home: slides, models, and DSS access.
Workshop Leads: Dr. Fatima Marok and Prof. Dr. Thorsten Lehr
Instructors: Charlotte Dette, Dr. Simeon Rüdesheim, Dr. Dominik Selzer, Dr.
Christiane Dings, Veronika Alberg
