Nonmem warning

I have a control stream for a transit model that fits all of the data well except for the 0.5 hr time point. For that time point I get values of 100000 when the observed value is zero. I get the following warning which I tried to look up in the archives, but I could not find a link. Has anyone had any experience with this warning? 0WARNING: IN TABLE 1, ROW 71, PRED-DEFINED ITEM, NUMBER 48 IS LARGER THAN 0.3D+39 0WARNING: IN TABLE 1, ROW 71, PRED-DEFINED ITEM, NUMBER 48 IS LARGER THAN 0.3D+39 0WARNING: IN TABLE 1, ROW 71, PRED-DEFINED ITEM, NUMBER 48 IS LARGER THAN 0.3D+39
