You should specify as
$SIZES PG=250
Or whatever size you need. Please see ..\resource\SIZES.f90 for explanations.

Hello NONMEM Users,
There is the following error message: 173 NUMBER OF PK PARAMETERS EXCEEDS
CONSTANT "PG" IN SIZES.
There is no variable PG in $SIZES. Do you know the way to address it? There was
an reference to part IV installation guide and to Appendix 2. The information
in the installation guide does not address this particular issue and cannot
find Appendix 2. It will be nice to have an explanation of each option in
$SIZES somewhere.
