Question about SAEM

Dear all NMusers: I have some questions about SAEM when I read some papers: 1、How can I perform a SAEM algorithm in NM? 2、what's the meaning of "mu-modeling"? 3、Some articles use two different algorithms to calculation the typical value to examine the effect of the estimation algorithm on parameter bias, for example FOCE and SAEM. In population approach, is it necessary to do it? When does the comparison must be done?
