Position Title: Research Scientist - Pharmacometrics Requisition ID: 8576BR and 8761BR Basic Qualifications: * PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biostatistics, or related discipline, or MS in similar fields of study with 10+ years of industry experience. * Expertise in PK/PD modeling and simulation. Key Deliverables: * Implement modeling and simulation strategies in accordance with project needs. * Develop PK/PD and drug-disease models to support all phases of drug development. * Conduct trial simulations to support study optimization and dosing recommendations in all phases of development. * Interpret and present modeling and simulation results to cross-functional project teams. Position Title: Research Scientist - Pharmacometric Applications Requisition ID: 8762BR Basic Qualifications: * PhD in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biostatistics, or related discipline, or MS in similar fields of study with 10+ years of industry experience. * Expertise in pharmacometric software tools, such as NONMEM, R, PsN, and Pirana. * Expertise in common programming languages, such as Fortran, C, or Perl, as well as Linux and Windows operating systems. * Familiarity with distributed computing environments. Key Deliverables: * Develop, implement, and support pharmacometric applications for a global user community. * Oversee quality activities required to maintain a validated software environment for pharmacometrics. * Develop PK/PD and drug-disease models to support all phases of drug development. * Conduct trial simulations to support study optimization and dosing recommendations in all phases of development. * Interpret and present modeling and simulation results to cross-functional project teams.
