Dear NMusers,
We are seeking a post-doctoral researcher to work within The Ohio State
University Comprehensive Cancer Center and College of Pharmacy in pre-clinical
and clinical drug development. The successful candidate will work with our team
of basic science and clinical investigators to study drug pharmacology in
animals and in patients enrolled in early phase clinical trials at the James
Cancer Hospital. Research studies involve LC-MS/MS assay development and
validation, pharmacodynamic assay development and sample analysis, in vitro and
in vivo studies in small animal disease models, and use of
physiologically-based and population approaches to model pre-clinical and
clinical data. We are seeking candidates with training and demonstrated
experience in at least two of the three areas of analytical assay
development/validation, small animal pharmacology studies, and PK/PD modeling.
