The individual will contribute to the overall leadership of the group and driving the PK-PD/M&S strategy for a given therapeutic area. As a lead in his/her expertise area, he/she will drive project strategy and functional input making use of all sources of data for decision making for quantitative decision making. The expert should be able to influence peers outside of their area of expertise as well as influence upper management both from a scientific and strategic perspective.
