The Clinical Pharmacology Unit of the department of Hospital Pharmacy offers a five-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics. The fellowship is focused on pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic and disease progression modeling and simulation to facilitate drug development and to improve patient care in an academic setting. Current collaborations include the departments of (neonatal) intensive care, (pediatric) oncology, microbiology and hematology. Job Description: The prestigious AMC fellowship is available to attract an outstanding, internationally recognized researcher, who is able to develop his/her own research line in clinical pharmacology and pharmacometrics. The candidate must have the unique potential to fulfill professorship within eight years. The AMC Fellowship spans a five-year period with interim evaluation after three years. The fellowship consists of € 700,000 for the full term of five years. The fellowship includes a tenure track with the possibility to acquire a tenured position after 5 years.
