If we literally rephrase, that is EBE (for individual’s PK parameter) could not be found for the subject ID=1. Some of the cases are due to the data preparation error. In this case, after careful examination of the data set for Subject ID=1 (as your error message indicated), you might find some error (for example, omitting dosing event) Some of the cases are intractable. In that case, try omitting that subjects (ID=1) If even after omitting that subject, the model does not run well. Then your model (control) file might be inadequate. Without any error by you, NONMEM or the data could cause that. This may help you. This could have been cause by a divide by 0 somewhere, or log of a negative number, etc. You should check your code. Robert J.
