Re: alt on Q in 2 compartment model

P values are irrelevant to deciding if something is reasonable.
Reasonable means you can propose a biological reason for ALT providing an explanation for between subject differences in Q.
Can you propose any reason? Does it make sense given the size and direction of the possible assocation of ALT with Q?
