MS Visual Studio Express

Greeting all, I am preparing to install NONMEM VI on a Windows 7 64-bit machine using Intel Visual Fortran 11.1 compiler. Prior to installing the Fortran compiler, it is my understanding that I need to install MS Visual Studio Express and MS Windows SDK. Visual Studio Express 2008 and 2010 are currently available. However, Visual Studio Express is now being described as a suite of software packages, rather than being a single software package, that the user is to choose from. For example, the user can choose from Visual Basic 2008 Express, Visual C# 2008 Express, Visual C++ 2008 Express, Visual Web Developer 2008 Express, and a couple of other choices. Can you tell me which of the aforementioned software packages I need to download? Is there anything else that I will need for the 64-bit installation?
