which fortran compiler works under windows 7

Dear Colleagues, Can someone provide some tips in running NONMEM under MS-windows 7? I have Win-7 home premium 64-bit, unfortunately, MS does not provide an XP mode for this type of windows. Particurly, I would like to know which fortran compiler has been tested for NONMEM under Win-7? Thanks, Jun
