NONMEM7 on Linux with gfortran

HI, The actual SETUP712 of NONMEM7 (7.12) as no optimization settings for gfortran activated. This slow down the speed of NONMEM7 under LINUX. To change this edit the SETUP712 in line 365 to the optimization of your choise.
