Senior Scientific Director of Pharmacokinetics, Pharmacodynamics, Modeling & Simulation Requisition Number: 364 Role & Responsibility You will be responsible for the conduct of pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic modeling & simulation analyses for therapeutic candidates for a variety of indications. Additional responsibilities include: * Design and conduct population-based and complex PK/PD modeling and simulation activities. * Provide oversight, guidance, and review for department staff in the area of population and PK/PD modeling and simulation. * Participate in strategic discussions of objectives, scope, and study designs of potential clinical development projects, identifying opportunities for the incorporation of population and PK/PD modeling and simulation to assist in the development strategy. * Pursue a strong publication/presentation strategy, attending and presenting at professional meetings, seminars and workshops. * Support business growth through proposal review/input and client meetings. Experience & Qualification * Pharm.D or Ph.D. with at least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sciences field along with previous involvement/participation or specialization in pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic/biopharmaceutical analyses. * High level of working knowledge in WinNonlin, NONMEM, and Microsoft Office applications. * Expertise in drug development requirements and strategies, as well as global regulatory requirements, for this business segment. * Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
