Dear Jian,
The ADDL data item speaks of doses in the future, therefore you need to include
dosing records at day 1 (see addition in example below). In case that you are
not absolutely certain that plasma concentrations would have reached steady
state by day 5 I think that this is a better alternative than to use the SS
option.

Dear NM users,
I have a question about creating a steady-state dataset for NM.
Study design:
Multiple dose regimen (10 days study)
(everyday, two doses were given, one is 100 in the morning 8AM, and the other
one is 150 in the evening 8PM)
multiple samples (from 8AM to 8PM) were taken on day 5 (assuming at
steady-state).
I made a dataset as following, and it seems not working. Would you point out
what I missed? Should I use SS option?
